I hardly eat bread perhaps once or twice a month if that. However, I recently purchased whole wheat buns. I always read the ingredients first but this time I just grabbed some. Needless to say, they taste like glazed donuts 🤮. Please check your bread for HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! This type of sugar attributes to about 180,000 deaths per year. This ingredient should not be in bread. If anyone has ever made bread, it's just a few simple ingredients. Guard your health and be safe!
