One of our favorite outside entertainers is Rick from Pretty Darn Amazing Productions. Besides doing magic shows, balloon twisting and face painting for parties at Blazing Bouncers, he sings in a barbershop quartet and 2 separate barbershop choruses! These choruses are doing something special for Mother's day!

8 months ago we began construction on a new and improved area for our 'ARCAVE'. The first phase will open in 2-3 weeks. We finally have a small taste of what's to come. This is one of our new Escape game rooms. We can't wait to open it up and show everyone what we've been up to!

We have a brand new inflatapark on the way! The factory sent these pictures today and we are anxious to put this entire park in to play. Our original inflatapark was installed in 2019 and has entertained thousands of guests! Our plan is to begin changing the entire park every 1-2 years to offer something new! Thanks to all that have enjoyed the old park. Now lets get ready for the next park!

Important Message for Birthdays / Events at Blazing Bouncers:

One of the new safety measures we are implementing regarding entrance into our facility:

Beginning August 1st, 2023 all guests attending Birthday / Events must have an admission pass to enter the facility. These QR code passes were provided to the customer that booked the event. Since we do not have an invitation list of the invited guests, this is our way of knowing who the guests are.

If a guest does not have a QR code there will be 2 options to enter:

1. We can contact the Customer that booked the event and have them meet at the front desk to verify admission. ( we do not wish to do this because it will interrupt the event )
2. Guest can purchase an Open Play admission pass. ( we do not wish to do this either since guests are free with a booked event )

We realize that this might cause delay when entering our facility if the guests do not have their QR codes so please make sure all of your invited guest have been given their QR code passes and they know they are required to enter.

This policy will be strictly enforced. Please help us in maintaining a safe and secure facility for everyone to enjoy! We look forward to your visit at Blazing Bouncers.

Blazing Bouncer's resident balloon twister and magician, Rick of Pretty Darn Amazing Productions is happy to announce that a very family friendly magic show will be presented at local Lubbock libraries! Performing as his character Prof. Merryweather the Magical Wizard from a very famous school of Wizardry was honored to be selected to present his show on the theme of Dream Big. Guests of all ages are encouraged to attend, learn, laugh and have fun with the Professor as he performs feats of sleight-of-hand, legerdemain and grand illusion for all in attendance. All performances include audience participation and lots of opportunities to take photos and even meet a real life magical creature and have a photo taken with it! ALL performances are from 2:00 - 2:45 PM.

We would also like to introduce a new employee that has brought his incredible talent of art, painting and sculpting to help us complete our vision for Blazing Bouncers play areas. Jerry Foote moved to Lubbock from California and brings decades of experience. We are excited to see how his skills will transform our play areas and build a one of a kind experience!

Were excited to introduce our New tree house and slide play area. We have been working hard to create this new play structure and are very pleased with how it has turned out. The Tree House opening is Monday July 10th! Come out and climb with us!

We would like to take a moment and hopefully start to answer some concerns that many of our customers have concerning our facility. The first answer is absolutely YES we are looking at putting in place additional and extra safety protocols. There is no way to address every question, comment and suggestion that has been sent to us, but know that your input has been received and we will be working hard to tighten up our facility. We have always considered your safety and the safety of your kids our highest priority.

Our intention when building Blazing Bouncers was to create a place where everyone could have fun and enjoy their time. As time passed and the business grew, the popularity of our facility expanded. From day one we have examined what works and what doesn’t, constantly changing to meet the needs of our customers experience. We intend to meet those needs again. This year we are embarking on expansion of our outdoor park including the Dinosaur Park and the expansion of our indoor facility and restaurant. The most important aspect of the new designs will be the security of the customers inside. We wish to once again create a place of enjoyment where the adults are able to enjoy their time as much as the children do. Our goal will be to monitor who enters the building and who is exiting with children. Once inside we will rely on parents and our own staff to maintain safety inside. This facility is too large to allow your small children to run free and unsupervised. We highly recommend parents monitor your children’s location and report to our staff any unsafe conditions. This is great practice regardless of whether you are at our facility or any other business.
Soon we will install a new gate system at the front door. Every guest will have to stop at the front desk as they enter the facility. The exit will have a one way gate to prevent people from bypassing the front counter. We will not allow anyone in the facility that does not have an invitation to an event or register for admission. This was a policy all along, however many guests would walk by when the lines were long and not check in. The gate system will prevent them from entering the building around other guests standing in line. Each guest shall be issued a wristband and be required to wear the wristbands ( NO exceptions ). Our team members will be looking for individuals that do NOT have one on. We will ask them to return to the front desk and be issued a band or they will have to leave. Additionally we will be hiring paid security personnel during our busy times. Some of our immediate changes will be temporary until the permanent replacement systems can be installed.
We generally do not put this information out regarding security protocols at our facility for a number of reasons, however given the intense feelings we have received from our guests, we felt it important to pass on that we spend a lot of time planning ways to improve our facility.
