Living in Maple Grove definitely has some perks. One of those is having so close. Another stop this weekend and we decided to try the Baked Brie. I usually prefer an apricot jam but the red raspberry current gave it a rich flavor I wasn’t expecting and completely enjoyed. While I don’t have a photo of the sirloin steak sliders they were perfectly cooked and the Gorgonzola fondue gave it a nice creamy flavor. I passed in the horsey sauce since I’m not a fan and didn’t miss it. I can’t speak to it being served the way it’s listed but you definitely will enjoy with out the sauce as well. Service was top notch as well. Brick and Bourbon delivers once again.

As we say good bye to 2022, we wanted to share a photo from our trip to a beautiful spot in Vermont. While the rain fell, the oldest covered bridge was still majestic through the small town of Waitsfield.

There are so many great things to see and do in Vermont from the viewing the fall colors to stunning winters and more. But what do you do when the sun goes down or the day is filled with rain? Simple: stop by for great food and variety of beer. We had such a great lunch on a rainy day that we stopped back for drinks the next night. Highly recommend when visiting the area around Stowe.
