Our first competition was a blast! 7th in chicken, 10th in ribs, 11th in pork, and 12th in brisket. We can't recommend the Cookoff (KCBS) in Sheridan, AR enough! The festival is Timberfest, and both were run by very professional and fantastic people. This will be a yearly event for us!
