Jon Maib & I like to explore little bbq joints in outlying little towns around Mckinney & Collin County. Honestly there are a lot and we have yet to find one that we 100% would go back to & recommend until today. in Wylie is legit! Brisket, ribs, sausage, sauce and the sides we had were all spot on. Clint & his family should be proud of what they are doing out there. It's worth the drive if you're looking for real Texas 'cue. If you're looking for foofy, designer food, this is not for you but real low & slow smoked meats & grandma's sides, this is it. I mean, when was the last time you had peach cobbler & a Fresca?
