Our Mom is no longer with us, but I think about her constantly🥹♥️👸🏽
Although she is not physically here, she left the best parts of herself for us to treasure and remember. I started making this chicken salad at the cafe thinking it probably wouldn’t catch on, but I can’t make it fast enough😂. I mentioned it to my daughter that it’s my Mom’s recipe and she said “You should name it after Grandma,” EXCELLENT IDEA!! 💡 ♥️

It’s been 41 days that YPC! has acquired the cafe , located at 7945 Wolf River Blvd. It has been a lot of planning, work, communication and dedication but I’ve enjoyed EVERY SECOND of it♥️
