What a WEEKEND!!!!!! In 3 days had 7 events.

2 on Friday
3 on Saturday
2 on Sunday

We did everything from having the food truck out and about at a school feeding the teachers, trunk or treats and fall craft fair. To catering birthday parties and post wedding brunches.

Couldn’t have done any of this without my team working hard by my side.

This week has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR!
We catered a 5 day music conference for

We provided breakfast, lunch, appetizers, dinner overnight meals, bartending, smoothie station, coffee service all day, and 24 hour housekeeping. Yes we provided 24 hour housekeeping.

We also partnered with 4 different schools to work during the week for their co-op or work base learning program. Appoquinimink High School, Odessa High School, Dover High School and Del Castle High School. Shout out to all the Admins and culinary teachers on making this a reality. Brian Johnson, Chef Ciara Martin and Chef Tom Craft. Thank you for trusting us with your students to make this week a success.

The playlist retreat isn’t just a job for us. It’s an experience and a movement. So we brought along and collaborated with some of our food truck friends to enjoy this movement. served ice cream and water ice on Sunday for lunch. provided appetizers on Tuesday. We teamed up with to do taco Tuesday for dinner and to serve fresh donuts at midnight. THANK YOU guys for being a part of this experience.

and Sedare Johnson for handling overnight housekeeping and Gloria and Mayra for handling daytime housekeeping. Thank you to Ty and JQ for holding down the bar all week.

On Thursday we catered a VIP dinner for the Delaware State University Football Team at the president of the college’s house. Although we were on vacation this week, I couldn’t pass up this amazing opportunity.

We served
Garden Salad
Dinner Rolls
Hickory Smoked Green Beans
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Jerk Chicken Over Rice
Brown Sugar Bourbon Salmon
Pan Seared Chicken Breast w/Pesto Cream Sauce
And A Pasta Bar.

Both of these events were pop up events. I don’t come off vacation for anything, but I couldn’t pass up catering at the president and 1st lady’s house. You just never know when you’ll get another opportunity like that.

This past Friday, we traveled to Philadelphia to cater a surprise 16th birthday party for .samanthasmith . This is another one of those events where it’s more fun than work. Just to be able to be fly in the room and see Sam and her friends enjoying the night and each other is truly amazing.

Sorry for the lack of posting guys… we’ve been on the road working. Last week was a busy busy week for us.

We catered a welcome back to school breakfast, catered a corporate 2 day event, had the food truck at a corporate office for lunch, did a classroom supplies giveaway for the new teachers in the Appoquinimink school district, catered a food truck graduation party, THEN … capped it off by catering 2 weddings in 1 day. The first one was a food truck wedding for 100 people in Rehoboth Beach Delaware and the other wedding was for 100 people in Chesapeake City Maryland, where we did all action stations for dinner (Carving Station, Pasta Station and Shrimp and Grits Station. Both weddings had amazing appetizers as well.

Wait until yall see what we did this week ☺️

This past Wednesday we teamed up with and to provide in classroom school supplies and complimentary lunch and dessert for the new teacher orientation for the appoquinimink school district.

These teachers work so hard during the school year, we wanted to do what we could to supply them with the necessary supplies to set them up for success.
