The rose patch is in full rolling bloom right now and it’s fast becoming my favorite spot on the farm. This morning the second video in our Summer Mini Course went out and it’s all about when and where to cut your garden flowers, plus some special tricks so you can get the longest vase life from your blooms. You can totally buy pre-made Garlands and I’m not knocking anyone who does, I’m actually jealous, I can’t do it. I’m such a perfectionist (a nice word for obsessive control freak) that I choose to sit on the floor braiding my own. Every time I’m done it’s the “last time I’m doing this” but that’s a lie... it’s never the last time because placement is EVERYTHING to me!
I found myself on the floor again last night braiding the first garland for tomorrow’s event and I’m so excited to see them come to life on beautiful farm tables🌿
