Had the pleasure to cater the last two Ladies Night Scrambles at the club. Tonight we did Smoked Chicken Salad with Almonds, Dried Cranberries and Bacon on Croissant Buns, Old Bay Shrimp Mac Salad, Green Bean Salad with Strawberries, Pickled Red Onion, and Feta Crumbles. And finished it off with our Semi-Famous Mini Cheesecakes!
Thanks as always to my very best Sous Chef Olivia Kimberlin for pulling it off flawlessly both events! She’s amazing!

Sold out Special Valentine’s class last night. We did some steakhouse favorites starting with… Honey Soy Glazed Scallops over Pickled Veg and Butter Lertuce. On to Roasted Cauliflower and Leek Soup garnished with Buttered Lump Crab. Main course of Seared NY Strip with Balsamic Peppercorn Sauce over Lobster Risotto. And finished off with Mini Dulce de Leche Cheesecakes topped with Banana Mascarpone Cream and Bruleed Banana.

I always say it but I mean it! Olivia Kimberlin is the very best at making our classes successful! Thanks to all who chose to spend their special day with us at Gourmet Chef.

LBJ Texas BBQ is proud to have these opportunities to give back to the men and women who serve in our Military, as well as our other community endeavors throughout the year.

Sincere THANKS to the Bachmeier/Scheresky families for choosing LBJ TEXAS BBQ for allowing us to be a part of their special wedding day. They treated their guests to a full on Texas BBQ Feast of Brisket, Pulled Pork, Jalapeño and Regular Smoked Sausage along with Pit Smoked Beans, Mac, Slaw, and Potato Salad.
