Spotlight on Kate! 🔦

Kate is our Event & Wedding Coordinator here at Grand Hotel and has been noted to be a “jack of all trades”! When she isn’t busy helping businesses line up their company meetings or suiting the venue to the expectations of the Bride and Groom, she may be helping up in the restaurant, Primo!

Kate’s favorite part of the job is meeting new people and getting to see a client's vision come to life from beginning to end. While Kate is busy on the job, she is also a busy mom to 5 children, a fur-mom to three cats and Gunner the Golden Retriever, AND wife to Bryan Adams! I know what you’re thinking, but also much to my surprise it wasn’t thee “Summer of ‘69” or “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” Bryan Adams. Ha!

In Kate’s downtime, she loves to sing and cook with her kids and loves heading back to her home state of Florida to visit the white sandy beaches. 🏝️

Kate most loves the city of Minot for it’s cleanliness and that it is a very safe community. Also, she mentioned that there is never a shortage of something to do around the city. 💃

When asked her favorite dish from Primo, Kate replied “Probably the BBQ wings, but Chef Jose might disown me for saying that, so definitely the Primo Melt or any of his new specials he creates!” No worries, Kate! We love a good wing appetizer as well, but agree that most everything Jose comes up with is a win!
