Merv still isn't feeling that good as of today. So we are giving it another day yet so maybe Friday... not sure yet!

Well the inevitable has happened...... yes I have the flu! (Aka) could be Covid. Either way it's not to much fun. So I won't be around Thursday and Friday as per usual!
So tell your friends so they don't waste a trip.
And we will lord willing see you next week.

Tomorrow across from Yoders Tire! 11:30 - till people quit coming

Menu
Smoked/grilled chicken leg quarters, grilled/smoked wings, pulled pork, Ribs, and Yes Brisket Tomorrow and Friday.

Sides are same as always!
Baked beans, Cole slaw, and smokey Mac n cheese.

And if you are wondering we can make a sandwich out of anything we have... even a Mac n cheese sandwich 🥪 😋

I have the smoker loaded with 18 rubbed Butts. They should be finished by around 10am tomorrow. Cross my fingers

So a heads up! Thursday I'll be across from Yoders Tire for lunch! Nothing on Friday because I have the consession stand at the Auction on Saturday. I'll be there from 7:30am till its finished

Saturdays menu is smaller. BBQ pork sandwiches or plates. I'll have beans and Coleslaw for sides.
There will be grilles burgers and dogs.
And wings. And soup of the day.... Cheesy Chicken Chowder. 🙂

Hello! So because of the fundraiser on Friday evening we won't be at across from Yoders Tire this week. I'm cooking the next 2 days for that.

12 Butts and 4 turkeys today for the guys helping the cleanup efforts in the Mayfield KY Tornado area. All the meat has been donated and Rek't is donating the smoking.
Keep the Tornado victims in your prayers!
And Mr Irvin Plank will be delivering it this weekend.

Ok so alittle update. We are in the process of evaluating what we do. Because of the Biden policies meat prices are up 30 percent since August. And if I can't find sales I don't make any profit to amount to anything. So stay tuned there is discussions in the work to take it to the next level. In the mean time I'm still doing catering events and your Holiday specials. Thanks again! 😊

Hey BBQ lovers... due to an accident this evening I can't make it to Yoders Tire as planned. 🤔 The Table with my cooked meat tipped over and well let's just say it's to late to cook again for tomorrow. This just happened and it's midnight.
I'm highly disappointed.. but its life and I can't do anything about it. So once again I apologize.

Hi guys. Update for tomorrow. Rain or shine I'll be at my regular spot. Now due to all the rain I couldn't keep my smoker hot so there will not be Ribs or Chicken on the menu tomorrow. Only pulled pork, N brisket plates or sandwiches. And of course 2 sides and a drink with every plate.
