We had such an amazing time putting this together for a really lovely welcome dinner the night before a wedding! The clients were thrilled with our product and were a joy to work with! Brie can sometimes be boring and overrated but let me tell you… this brie I have here on this Party Round isn’t just square cut into cool shapes, it is SO GOOD!! So creamy that it melts in your mouth no matter the temperature. It’s smooth and buttery and is paired deliciously with a good Copa or Prosciutto!

Okay it has been WAY too long since I’ve posted! Life has been busy but good! Yes I have still been fulfilling orders and taking orders including weddings as it is wedding season! Some new fun designs also as my “centerpiece” cheese changes with availability and new discovery 😋

This three day event is the biggest event I have done so far and as the exclusive food vendor at this event, I can’t wait for y’all to try my new cheese cups! Business update!!!
Yes I am still selling cheese boards and boxes!🧀😁
I know I haven’t been as active on here promoting my cheese boards and boxes but that is for a reason so let me update you on just a few things that are happening!
1: I have been focusing on my cheese education through a couple different certifications and have been focusing on making posts that revolve around the cheeses specifically and learning how to make a higher quality post or reel via better pictures and editing methods.
2: I have some really big things for the business in the works that are taking up a lot of focus as I move the business closer to the ultimate dream and form which is a proper cheese shop (yes you read that right, a cheese shop🤩). More information to come on this further down the road but it’s a teaser;)
3: I have a big event that I will share more information about soon but I will be selling Cheese Cups at the Skagit Art festival in April!! It’s a three day art fair in LaConner that is going to be amazing! Also the will be starting in May and I am so excited to be a vendor at this market that I got to participate in last year!
