Tonight was so fun at The North Church Venue! We were blessed to be a party of Zachary’s and a Corey’s special day. They chose a “brinner” (breakfast for dinner) menu!

We served up an amazing menu… appetizers were fruit platters, mini chicken and waffles and mini quiche!

Dinner was: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit and gravy casserole, cheesy hash brown casserole, homemade cinnamon rolls, fruit and yogurt parfaits.

We also made tomato bisque shooters with grilled cheese bombs, and crudite cups for late night snacks!

We were honored to celebrate the life of a wonderful woman today in Yorktown. We smoked ribs (this was her favorite according to her sons) made french onion chicken, seasoned green beans, homemade macaroni and cheese, broccoli slaw, cornbread, Cobb salad, and homemade cherry delight. We know there are no words for your loss, but hope you found comfort in celebrating her together over this meal!

It’s been a busy week at CanPack! We normally feed 200 people a day, 7 days a week for them. This week, in addition to that, we fed 700 for their employee appreciation celebration! The crew enjoyed barbecued chicken, flank steak with chimchurri, grilled ribeyes, a variety of fish, white cheddar mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, vegetables and desserts. Today we are providing food for 2,000 at Meridian Health Services 10th annual FamFest and Duck derby! They continue to make our communities healthier with a focus on whole person health. For that reason, we are serving a healthy snack of whole grain breaded chicken tenders, carrots, and apple slices. The event is free.... bring your families out for bounce houses, face painting, dunk tanks, and a duck pluck where you can win some great prizes. Also check out the health hub with some great vendors inside!
