Charcuterie Board Haul!!

We had the pleasure of creating 3 different charcuterie boards for the worship team at our church. We thank God everyday for the people that our church has brought into our lives. We really enjoyed creating these fun boards for them.

Here at TLC Catering we love to be a part of all types of social gatherings. This past weekend, we had the pleasure of creating a menu for an intimate dinner party. Here’s the menu that the couple chose:

Lemon Herb Chicken
Roasted Asparagus
Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon
Green Beans
Honey Glazed Carrots
Mashed Potatoes
Field Green Salad

We delivered the food to the event hot and ready to eat. We also supplied the dressings for the salad.

We had so much fun creating these charcuterie snack boxes this past weekend. On Christmas Eve, we had the pleasure of delivering to the go team that was serving in the kids area at our church. Swipe to see everything that was in the boxes!

Merry Christmas Eve Eve🎄

We know that Christmas is in 2 days, but here’s a from Thanksgiving. We had the pleasure of creating this non traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Here’s the menu the family chose:

Sirloin Steak & Cauliflower with Gravy

Hot Sauce Brown Sugar Glazed Chicken Wings

Mashed Potatoes

We are so happy to spend our Saturday catering for a Ball State University grad. For this catering, we collaborated with for our desserts. She created these phenomenal vanilla cupcakes that paired perfectly with the rest of our menu. Here’s the menu that was selected:

Pulled Pork
Homemade BBQ Sauce
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Vanilla Cupcakes

We also supplied paper goods and drinks upon request.

Tamica Crumes is the owner and culinary artist of TLC Catering. She created TLC Catering in 2012. Tamica has had a love for cooking for most of her life. She is a Hoosier born and raised. Food is how Tamica shows her love for God and others.
