Also our overnight rooms will no longer be listed or available for renting (other than previously made reservations).

We will continue to book events through the end of this year.

NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP: This is a bittersweet announcement since the property has been in our family since 1945. This will be a new chapter in our lives and the life of the property that we have loved. The use of the property for 2024 and beyond is uncertain at this point. Please be assured that the Bush House Estate is in no danger of demolition and the new owners intentions are to enhance the property and make it even more beautiful.

We are thankful to many people for these 10 years of being in business. It has been a joy and pleasure meeting people celebrating special events happening in their life and other businesses that we worked with to make their events successful. We've made many new friends along the way.

Carmen will continue managing the property and events through this Fall. If you've been thinking about an event at the Bush House Estate, contact her to discuss our availability. Charlie & Carmen plan to enjoy an untethered (& very deserved) lifestyle in the future. We wish the new owners all the best and we will work to make this transition as smooth as possible. We had a lovely wedding celebration in mid-June for Emma and David. But let's back up .. they were officially married during that COVID mess. 2022 was their time to celebrate with their families and friends. I believe David's words were "we had a blast"! Congratulations!
