Friendly reminder: we can marry all kinds of couples from all around the world! Anyone from anywhere can apply for a marriage license.

As for the remote-appearance ceremony, couples can be in the same apartment, or they can be thousands of miles apart. Just as long as the couple and witnesses can all see and be seen, hear and be heard from each other in real time. The officiant is the person who must host the ceremony from Utah.

However, we cannot guarantee foreign governments' recognition of Utah County marriages. We recommend researching more about what they require for marriages to be legal and recognized.
