Just want to say thank you for ruining my concert going experience. You overcharged me for tickets, made me buy more than I actually wanted to purchase, then dropped ticket prices drastically to the point I have no hope of reselling my unusable tickets and recouping what I spent. I paid $450 apiece for tickets you’re now selling for $100. Your customer service is a joke and I will never forget the way you made me feel. I will share my experience with everybody who will listen, and never ever buy tickets from TicketMaste again. Paying $1800 to attend a concert that the person next to me will be attending for $400 is not acceptable. You guys are crooks, plain and simple.
