If you weren’t in Pfeiffer last night, you missed out! We had the pleasure of hosting Kristin Hannah & Anderson’s Bookshop in our largest venue on campus. Be sure to check out Anderson’s website to see when they will be back at NCC!

Thanks to and for a great night. Pretty sure this is my first standing ovation ever! What a thrill. Thanks to the 700+ people who showed up and all the bookstore folks who helped me sign almost 1000 books!

On February 26th, we had the pleasure of having The Japan America Society of Chicago (JASC) back on campus for their annual Japan Bowl competition. High school students arrived early in the morning to compete in teams of two or three for a chance to win in their specific testing level. The team who came in first place in the level 4 testing group will go down to Washington D.C. to represent Illinois in the national Japan Bowl--how cool!

This is an event we always look forward to having and we cannot wait for next year!

At the end of February, ResRec was transformed from a recreational center into a central hub for volunteers to come together and pack meals for kids all around the world. Over 800,000 meals were packed over the two days we hosted Feed The Need on campus which created meals for over 2,000 kids for a whole year!

This is an event many groups & organizations at the college as well as around the area look forward to each and every year. We would like to give a HUGE thank you to North Central College Office of Faith & Action for all the work you do to bring this wonderful event to campus!

One of our unique meeting spaces on campus is Smith Hall located in Old Main. Smith Hall is ideal for company meetings, business presentations, or even luncheons! You will have access to the main hall as well as the beautiful raised patio overlooking Old Main Plaza.

Robots in Stevenson Hall you say?! Towards the end of January, we had the great pleasure to have FIRST Tech Challenge 9411 here on campus for a successful robotics meet. FTC9411 is an Aurora based team committed to advancing STEM in their community.

We hope to have them as well as similar groups back on campus soon!

This previous December, Chicago a ca****la hosted their Holiday a ca****la concert in Wentz Concert Hall. Numerous guests came to enjoy the holiday songs that were sung by the a ca****la members.

Chicago a ca****la has been a valued client of ours for many years and we always look forward to having them on campus! Their next show at North Central College is coming up in February of this year.

A few weeks ago, over 150 wrestlers came together in our Residential Recreation Center for the Rookie Rumble tournament, hosted by Beat the Streets Chicago. By utilizing our 6 lane track and 4 full courts of space, they were able to have many duals happening at once.

The event was a huge success and we hope to see them back again in the future!

This previous weekend, the Naperville Municipal Band had their Christmas Concert here on campus that featured many classic holiday songs. The concert was a great way to feel the holiday spirit through the music they created!

The band has been coming to North Central College for over 7 years now. Be sure to attend one of their concerts as it is a wonderful experience everyone will enjoy!
