Bauman's Beach Bungalow Private Residence built in 1927 The house was built in the summer of 1927 by a widow named Mrs. This house has been with the family now for six generations.

Woolard for her grandson James Robert Wooldard and his new bride (Lannie Mae Cooksie). The two had a daughter (Nelda Mae Woolard) and somehow occupied this tiny home. Today his great grandson (Michael Bauman) is the sole occupier of this house. The house itself is no where located near a beach or an ocean.. but by looking around the inside of it (with the colors and decor) you would feel you are lost in paradise.
