His passion for organic gardening, and farming goes deeper than the go green fads. Joel has lived in Nashville since his early teens, originally from Texas, you could say Joel has always had his hands in the dirt. Joel attended the University of Tennessee seeking a degree in Horticulture, he then went on to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in London where he was able to combine his passion for th

e way food is grown with his love for cooking. Joel has worked in town at the Hermitage hotel, Wild Boar, and the University Club of Nashville. But his ultimate dream was to start a catering business so that he could realize the passion of owning his own business and delivering an excellent product to local clients. Joel is a very unique business owner, he is involved in every aspect of his work, from taking care of his employees to buying vegetables at the local farms, there is not a day that goes by that Joel is not in his downtown kitchen making sure that every ingredient is right. Joel's passion extends to his wonderful family, his wife Amy has been instrumental in getting the business where it is today. Together they have two beautiful boys Finnegan and Townsend.
