On January 28, 2019 the filmmakers who participated in the 1st Short Circuit Film Festival in Paris in 1990 at Palais de Tokyo, met in NYC at METROGRAPH with Silas Shabelewska-von Morisse (the producer of the film festival), 29 years after....a fabulous reunion.

The festival no longer exists but this page is to share memories and amazing moments - This is for archival purposes.
