Powerhouse is a collective of joint interests, fusing energies of established professionals with those of underprivileged young men to bring empowerment and meaningful contribution into urban communities. Our Mission is to provide experiences that encourage leadership development, job readiness training and social responsibility for the young adults that under take a two part training consisted of

coursework and workshops. Those that complete the training will have access to apprenticeships in various industries including hospitality, food and beverage service, culinary arts, building maintenance, sales/marketing, entertainment and visual arts. Our Success is your success:
Various events take place where the participants are afforded the opportunity to showcase their skills to an audience of young professionals who are motivated to give back to their communities and are invested in this cause. In turn, networking and opportunities can be provided for these young professionals to showcase their businesses and grow their talents. As the apprentices develop in their careers, they too give back and support new participants and network within the powerhouse to build upon their own careers. Powerhouse becomes a catalyst of positive energy with the recycling of good will contributions to foster community empowerment.
