Here is our pricing and what we have to offer!

The rental fee is $300 plus a $50 refundable cleaning fee. We require the full $350 to be paid upfront to hold all dates.

You get up to 6 hours of time for the $300
We take Venmo and Pay Pal
Or we can take a credit card but there will be a 3% service charge on credit. Or cash

Rental includes 6 round tables with 8 chairs each. (Additional outdoor seating is available for an additional $30 during nice weather) The round tables are 5ft.
We do not supply table covers but you can pick those up at the dollar store.

You also get 3 rectangle tables for food, drinks and gifts.

The barn has a full kitchen. You are welcome to use the fridge to keep all your food cold. And the oven and microwave to keep food hot. We do not allow people to do their actual cooking at the barn.

We do NOT allow ANY Alcohol without a paid insurance policy. You can obtain these online or through your insurance company. They typically run between $75-$100.

We do NOT allow any pets at all on the property.

Barn is heated and air conditioned. And there is a restroom.

Dish towels
Dish rags
Hand soap
Dish soap
Trash bags
Brooms and mops for clean up.

The Barn is located just behind The Village Salon and Day Spa. You will need to let your guests know that they will need to come in through the salon driveway and continue around to the back where they will see the barn.

I came across this old invoice when I was cleaning out some paperwork. So 3 years ago we rented a tent for a party at the farm. With set up and delivery it was $359.29 that was just the tent. And I’m sure this price has went up . We used our tables and chairs from the barn so that saved us a couple hundred dollars.

You can rent our Barn for $300 plus the $50 refundable cleaning fee. And it’s walk in ready! And it includes…

I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with renting a tent . Obviously we did and we have several times. And we were very happy with the tent and service! They were great to work with for our event. It depends on what kind of event you’re having and what your needs are for it. If you like having events at your home then renting a tent is a perfect option for you!
I’m just pointing out that you get a lot more for your money renting our barn! And it’s normally a lot less work and stress than hosting at your home.

We are opening the barn back up for rentals starting in June. We have a couple dates left in June available. If you were looking for a graduation location, you can grab these last two dates before they are gone!!

So I was just curious as to how much the cost would be to have an event at home these days…
So you’d need a nice big yard to put up a tent . And plenty of parking for everyone! You probably don’t have enough tables and chairs for everyone so you’d need to rent those also…
So I looked up prices at a rental company and this is what you’d have to rent to have a covered space that’s 20x60

With winter months soon approaching, we will NOT be renting the barn out for any parties or events from December through March possibly April. We are sorry if this causes anyone any inconvenience it’s just too difficult to plow the grass field that we use for parking.

 I will let you know when we are ready to start booking for 2024. At this time. We are not booking anything.

Spring has Sprung at The Little Red Barn in Hanover Ohio. Everything is looking so FRESH and NEW again!! Building and privacy fence have been POWER WASHED! Lawn has been MOWED and NEW FENCE is up to separate our ACTIVITY AREA from the parking area.

We are here and ready to offer the community this beautiful private space for all your small to medium size events!

We are now booking June-October.
Seats 48 indoors and can seat additional 16 on the patio weather permitting!

We are staring to book 2023!!! For now we are only booking March and April. And there aren’t many March dates left!

We will start booking May and June on March 1st. We’ve already had a lot of people asking for graduation dates and they will GO FAST!! So if you need a grad date I suggest you get ahold of us March 1st. All dates are first come first serve. And NO dates will be booked without payment in full.

We have been back in business for the past 2 months and let me say it feels so good to be back open and hosting events in the barn again!!!
