So, we need to follow our own advice!⬇️⬇️

Next week I will be taking my first real vacation
since opening Blossom + Birch! 🫣🥰😅🫢😝
And that means the wonderful ladies here will be
absorbing my hours and responsibilities…
FOR ONE WHOLE WEEK! I’m so excited!

So, even though our team is trained + amazing,
we will be short staffed + will adjust accordingly.
Please contact us or order online a day in advance
to ensure plenty of time for your custom creation!

Otherwise, next week will be the same.
✅Joy Jars and other fresh grab + go arrangements will be available in the cooler
✅ We will still be running deliveries per usual
✅ The ladies will still have #1 customer service
and be there to show you all the new products

And on that note: please please do not expect a reply from my personal social media or cell phone. {And really, this should be a boundary all the time🙊} I will also periodically be checking our biz page when I have service, BUT please do not wait for a reply if you want to place orders. Remember how we said last week was CRAZY⁉️
We forgot to post pictures of our private class!

Hausmann Construction hosted a ladies night
last week right here at Blossom + Birch!

>>> They brought in snacks + a charcuterie board
AND LEARNED HOW TO DESIGN WITH
FRESH TROPICAL FLOWERS!

The ladies were given the same of flowers,
but were shown a few different techniques-
so each design was unique to them!💗

Did they do great, or what⁉️🫶🏼🥹😍🥰

🌿🤍 All-white woodsy elegant arrangement🤍🌿
Even if you want a monochromatic color scheme,
we still put a interesting spin on it!

No two arrangements are alike because
they are for different people, occasions and times.
Flowers vary by season + availability, and
we also try to take into consideration
who/what the creation is for.🤍🤍🤍

>>> Since we are headed into late summer + this was a tribute piece for a very loved man, we added dried bleached pampas, curly willow twigs, dried ruscus, and an earthy lotus pod. The fresh lisianthus, ranunculus, and larkspur were contrasted with the dusty green eucalyptus {that also matched the reusable container}!

It’s seeing arrangements like these that make me
so proud of each + every team member here!

>>> Training can be daunting + overwhelming sometimes {especially when I ask them to incorporate something funky like a live bromeliad plant🙊}! Designing can be finicky + even though you have made an arrangement 10 times before, it can turn out completely different the next time because flowers are different! They can have waves, funky stems, be double-headed, vary in color, etc! So it can be tricky! I am so very proud to see the growth of all the ladies that work here! So, this post is for them! ❤️ The ‘Go Red for Women’ Annual Gala was last night + we had the HONOR of creating the flowers!

This cause is special to ALL of our hearts here❤️

>>> Our table included 2 people personally affected by heart conditions that are monitored closely, AND everyone at our table knows someone who currently has a heart condition OR who has had/passed from a heart related issue.

Our goal is to spread awareness AND help the American Heart Association to research + teach people how they can help (and be prepared).

Go give Norfolk Heart Health Advocates a follow + learn more about this amazing organization! They always have a touching program during this event and are just amazing humans wanting to help.❤️❤️
If you took home some flowers, make sure to water the arrangements to extend their life + please return the containers so we can use them again! 🤟🏼🫀🙏🏼
