Kicking off Saturday morning with the July Jubillee Jaunt, Thank you Mason and Juul Insurance for sponsoring this event. Great job to all participants & congratulations to the winners. Having some fun at the Jump into Jubilee event at the Pony Village Mall. Playing a round of Corn Hole & grabbing a bite to eat at The Back Alley, thank you Mark & Jodi. Joining the French Merci Train 75th anniversary celebration. Attention disc golf enthusiasts! Join us this Saturday for the July Jubilee Disc Golf Tournament. The first 50 people to register for tournament will receive FREE DGA Disc, first come first serve basis. Overall tournament winner will receive a Mini Trophy Disc Golf Basket and Five Mini Discs! Registration is on-site only at Ferry Road Park!

July Jubilee Disc Golf Tournament is back, and we can’t wait to see the participants in this year’s tournament. Signups will only be available day of the event. • Oregon Bay Area Beautification: Oregon Bay Area Beautification on July 13th in downtown North Bend. This well-known and impactful group will be set up at the new Visitor Information Center. Registration will be at 9:45 am with cleanup happening from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. You can find additional information at www.4obab.org/cleanup-schedule.
• Volunteers Needed for 2nd Saturday Cleanup on July 13th!
• Join us and the Oregon Bay Area Beautification (OBAB) group for a morning of community spirit and action as we help beautify downtown North Bend during the July Jubilee!

North Benders, it was our hope that the big picture would look very different by this stage, but unfortunately, it is with the safety and well-being of our residents, businesses, and tourist guests in mind that we have chosen to postpone our plans for this year’s July Jubilee. With CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines in place to limit the spread of the virus – and being tightened and extended at a rapid rate here in Coos County – we have come to terms with the realities that the Jubilee cannot happen in July, but maybe in August, September, or October. North Bend will soon begin to poll its residents and surrounding communities on what they might like to see in a fall festival that doesn’t conflict with other events elsewhere. Stay tuned, mask up, and be safe!
