A Perfect Day Wedding and Event Rentals and Décor was created to help alleviate the high costs of weddings and events. It is our hope to assist every couple or event host in providing items at an affordable rate, so you can enjoy your day and stress less about the finances. We can accommodate any size budget, and we will do our best to provide you numerous options that fit your own style and needs

. From linens, centerpiece displays, wooden statement pieces and everything in between, our hope is to provide you a plethora of options in order to make your perfect day. Many of the items were hand-crafted here at our home (thanks to my incredibly talented husband!), and we will continue adding new hand-crafted items, as well as décor pieces on a regular basis.

Let’s revisit ceiling decor. Along with several beautiful crystal chandeliers, both lit and unlit, I also have several wooden options!

These three XL wagon wheels would make a perfect statement piece down the center of a reception hall. Affix greenery, floral, drapery or lighting of your choice for an even larger statement. Wagon wheels also make a great piece to place within decor as well. Check out how this bride incorporated one into her altar decor for a beautiful outdoor setting.

I also have three XL wooden circles that allow clients to attach floral, greenery and lighting. It’s another beautiful option for placing down the center of a venue.

Looking for a statement piece to place above the head table? This vintage wooden ladder would make a stunning option! Think floral, greenery, with a mix of hanging flameless candles.

All of the above ceiling decor options are available for design with your vision in mind, and I would love to help you facilitate that! You look amazing.

A stunning new gold trimmed mirror is added into my inventory, with white vinyl wording coming soon! This would be a beautiful addition for clients wanting a neat spot for guests to snap a quick photo with some special words of encouragement. Popular at weddings, but it would also make a fun addition for engagement celebrations, showers and grad parties!

Clients are also able to add even more personalization with your own removable vinyl or chalk of choice. And, if you need help with that, my niece, Brinley Sims, would love to help you! Message her with any vinyl or calligraphy needs!

So many beautiful events to share! Seeing weddings and parties come together is such a fun part of event planning and one of my most favorite things, so receiving photos afterward from events is something I appreciate more than words can often say. Beautiful days for some wonderful clients! Using their own unique decor style and watching how clients transform their celebrations with my rentals is one of my favorite things! I appreciate each and every one of them for letting me be a part of it.

I’m looking so forward to the many remaining events ahead in 2024! I’m also booking well into 2025, and I always say it’s never too early to plan.

It’s been a busy and fun June and July. I’ve had 24 events ranging all over from Hoxie to Norton, Wakeeney to Burlington, Oakley to McCook, Scott City, Garden City, and Colby, with lots in between!

I’m often asked how far of a region I cover. My rentals can go anywhere during the allotted rental period, and if you need them longer, I’m always happy to try my best to accommodate that.

Clients with weekend events can begin picking up their rentals as early as mid-week of their event, and they’re able to return on the Sunday or Monday afterward. This flexible rental period was designed with you in mind. Never do I want a client rushing here last minute to pick up their things and immediately rushing them back afterward. Events are busy and hectic as it is, my rental process doesn’t have to be! And, the pricing remains the same whether you have it from Wednesday through Monday or Friday through Sunday!

Let’s revisit vases! Did you know I have dozens of vase options with hundreds of vases total?

Cylinder vases are available in four different heights. These are perfect for flameless pillars- which I have hundreds in as well!, wax pillars, or floating candles! They also always make a beautiful vase for floral and greenery.

I have two stunning compote bowl styles- clear, cut glass compote bowls and wooden compote bowls. Both bowls make such a pretty option for floral arrangements or snack/small bite displays!

I also have several options of bud vases with several hundred vases available in these styles- clear glass, amber, gold dipped, and a beautiful emerald green!

I also have mason jars available in several sizes, stunning white milk glass, bubble vases, rose gold jars, and Eiffel Tower vases in clear and black.

Two styles of XL vase options for table tops or floor/aisle decor are also available- a beautiful Amber vase and a clear glass jug!

Along with all of the above, I also have wooden floral boxes that make perfect tabletop and aisle decor pieces.

I have quite the selection and you won’t be stuck storing dozens of vases after your event! If you don’t see what you need or envision, never hesitate to get in touch. I might just have it already, or I can easily look into adding it on for you!

Let’s revisit the several styles of arbors and arches available within my inventory.

Three styles were handcrafted by my talented husband- the Wooden Traditional Arbor (1 available), the Wooden Hexagon Arbor (2 available), and the Wooden Double Peak Arbors (1 set available). They have been a part of so many celebrations and always provide the perfect backdrop no matter the occasion! I provide optional add-ons such as drapery, custom floral swags, as well as macrame pieces. And, as always, if you have your own decor pieces to attach, you can always utilize those as well!

I also have Gold Framed Arches (4 available), as well as a 7.5 foot Gold Circular Arch- both of which can be used with or without slip covers, depending on your style of event! These styles of arches also make a perfect frame for balloon arches as well.

There are so many great settings for these statement pieces and all are available in my rental inventory and ready to be used for your next event!

SEVEN whiskey barrels are available in my rental inventory, and being one of my most popular rental pieces, they are often out each weekend through wedding season. Two of the three large sets are solid, while one set has hidden galvanized tins inside of the barrels. With that set, you have the ability to have a flat top for decorating, as well as the option to hold iced drinks or party favors.

I also have flat wooden tops available for clients looking to create tabletops to display cake and dessert spreads, food spreads, as well as bar/drink displays. Along with the large wooden flat tops, I also have a beautiful beveled glass top, which sits perfectly atop one of the large barrels for a gorgeous cake or altar display. Barrels are also stunning statement pieces to display floral arrangements, decor, and welcome signs. You’ll see how clients have utilized them during ceremonies as altar displays as well. So many possibilities!

It might be fire pit season but that doesn’t mean you want a big open fire at your event all night to worry with. I have two s’mores bars in my rental inventory, and they always make a perfect add on- no matter the event! Both bars are even out this weekend for upcoming graduation celebrations. They are a perfectly contained s’mores bar display for all ages of guests to enjoy!

Along with these s’mores bars, I have lots of fun add-ons within my inventory, so don’t hesitate to check with me- yard games, donut boards, popcorn machine, fondue and drink fountains, just to name a few!

Are you a visual person? Did you know I’m always available to schedule in-person meetings with clients? You are able to see table settings, feel different fabrics, florals, and garlands, and decide what you do and don’t like when it comes to your decor. It’s a fun opportunity to get together before your event and make sure we get everything planned perfectly! Even if you aren’t available to meet, I have both a round and rectangular banquet table to set up table designs. I’ll set it up how you’re envisioning, and send you photos for viewing until we get it all perfect! Pictures sometimes don’t do certain pieces any justice. Videos on the other hand can show their actual size. Look at the size of this Connect Four, and it’s perfect to be played on tabletops or on the floor! It’s keeping my kids entertained on this breezy spring break day, and I know it’ll provide a lot of fun at events, along with our other large games!

Do you ever have a difficult time trying to find certain vendors for your wedding or event? I keep a current list of vendors offering all types of services, in the event I ever have a client struggling to secure other areas of party needs. What a sweet surprise I received when Sunflour_sweets offered to share a box of her assorted cupcakes. Look at these beauties, and they were absolutely delicious! Prior to an event for anyone who opts in, Janae offers an assorted tasting box for clients to enjoy in the comfort of their own home, allowing personal feedback after they enjoy the treats. What a fun experience for couples planning their wedding or hosts planning a shower or party (grad parties are right around the corner!)! Along with bakers, some of the other vendors showcased on my list are make up artists, @always,Amber, DJ services, a party bus service Kansas Night Train, a glamping service Blank Canvas Glamping (picture a beautiful tent turned bridal suite for pre-wedding photos, as well as an incredible spot for guests to enjoy during the reception!), photographers/videographers, florists, as well as specialty shops like shirt companies (bachelor/bachelorette shirts!), earring makers (perfect for wedding party gifts!), and a custom metal shop, like Burnin’ Metal and the Clipboard who reached out to me last week about providing custom steel pieces (think last names or initials for weddings!)
