🚨 Important Information for VIP Sponsors🚨

Wristband Pick-up

All Sponsor Gift Bags and Wristbands will be available for pick up on Sunday, September 18th from Noon - 6pm in the room next to the Show Office (there will be a sign on the door 'Sponsor Bag Pick Up'.  If this time window is inconvenient for you, you may also pick them up anytime from 9am through the start of the last class of the day from Monday, September 19th through the end of the show. 

Physical Banner Drop Off
If your sponsorship includes the hanging of a physical banner on the arena railing you may drop your banner off at the Show Office.  If your sponsorship does not include a physical banner but you would like to add this promotion on, you may add this on to your show bill at the Show Office for a $350 charge.

🚨Horse arrival and check-in begins tomorrow, Friday, September 16th* at 8am EST. 

⚠️For all those bringing horses, thirty (30) minutes prior to your arrival at WEC please contact the Barn Manager, Jessalyn Putt, via phone at 410-459-5028, so that she may meet you at your assigned Barn (X or Y) and give you your stall assignments.

No stall assignments will be released prior to arrival at WEC.  

*Sponsors at the $8,000 level and above are the only exhibitors permitted to enter the grounds today Thursday, September 15th (starting at 11am).
