✅ Build Your Team: Let's face it, you're going to need some help to pull off your dream wedding or event. If you have opted out of using an event planner, you will need to take some time to identify key roles and responsibilities for your event planning team. Who's picking up the flowers? ... and please don't say it's you in your wedding dress! 😉
✅ Delegate Tasks: Assign specific tasks to your dream team members to ensure a smooth planning process. From a corporate event to a wedding, a team is important. Aside from looking cute in their beautiful dresses, a key responsibility of a bridesmaid will be to support the bride. They can assist with the wedding planning and help with tasks depending on their skills and talents. So don't be afraid to delegate tasks to your bridesmaid team. In fact, that's why they are chosen.
✅ Communication Plan: Establish regular team meetings and communication channels. The last thing we need is to realize no one picked up the hors d'oeuvres for your community meeting event. Establish a solid plan to further support your team and to help keep moving the needle forward as you get closer to your event. In this case, we want to say YES to overcommunication.
