This week has been extremly difficult for our family. I can't express how much I apprecaite my team. I had to take a knee and let Loreli/Eli handle the wedding today. They absolutely crushed it!!! God is good!!

This weekend was full of first. We had the honor of feeding the MSU Men Basketball team. They were all very respectful and nice people.

Then this afternoon we did our first Bar Mitzvah. Amazing experience!! The team killed it once again.

This week was absolutely amazing!!! We cannot say "Thank You" enough to ths University of Mizzou Swim and Dive team. The team was in town for the SEC Championships. We had the pleasure of feeding them breakfast, lunch, and dinner this week. Being an extention of the team was a fun experience. The team surprised us with a team shirt ( which I made Eli wear LOL) & tickets to a meet. Which was an awesome experience!!!! Great kids, parents, and staff!!!!!! Bravo Mizzou

The team stepped up to the plate once again!!! Several staff members worked over 80 hours this week. Others came in to fill the gap. Saving our tails. Everyone had a great attitude, worked hard, and remained flexible. I love this family!!!

God is absolutely amazing!! Every time we turn around. He is providing oppurtunies to serve others. We will continue to walk through the door.

This weekend was good and bad at times. We ran into some logistical issues and rain. That caused us to be late and make some mistakes at the tailgates. We sincerly apoligize for these issues. We wll make every effort possible to ensure it never happens again.

My team worked third shift to get food out, walked to the staduim and back 10 times, took care of customers, worked great together, put up with me, and fed over 800 people in less than 24 hours. Everyone loved the food. They are truly a blessing from the Lord.

Many will think a company shouldn't make this type of post. Since it doesn't paint a perfect picture. Well, we are NOT perfect. This is the Lords company first. I will ALWAYS own our mistakes and make every effort to improve as a owner. We had two bigger events that went great. There was also some issues. This is simply our way of owning it and hopefully communicating how much we care.

RIP. We always enjoyed interacting with Bubba. Join us in praying for his immedaite and firefigher/first responder family.

Bubba's grandfather gifted this poem, written in 1912 by Christian D. Larsen, to Bubba's father, who in turn, gifted it to Bubba and his siblings. We saw these words exemplified in our brother, Zachary Sorenson. Rest easy, Bubba, we'll take it from here.

When you run into one of your favorite employee's/people on a CRUISE ship!!!! Mrs. Jo is not only one of the sweetest people on earth. She out works 99% of the young folks. She absoluletly killed the desserts at the biggest event of the companies existance!! Can't say enough good about her as a person.

God is great! We are so blessed to call her a friend and Above and Beyond family member.

Today as a Veteran owned company. We are especially aware of it's profound and deep meaning. We mourn the loss of the service members that have made the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of this great Nation. Praying for all that have lost a husband, wife, son, daughter, or other family member. May you find comfort in the Lord Jesus Christ. Coming to know his Grace, Love, and Mercy.
