We were daunted by the demand of the day but it ended up being one of the smoothest days logistically and Smorgasburg was a wonderfully eye opening community made up of hardworking, like minded, supportive vendors who made themselves available for anything we may need. I owe so many thanks. Zach and his Smorgasburg team have nailed all the logistics down and were so informative and helpful. @gabchabran of LAist was a wonderful support and shoulder to lean on during this whole experience. Smashburgers, surprisingly, get a lot of hate. I get it, a nice thick juicy burger is damn good, but a smashburger, even though smashed, is still damn good.
