Hey friends, gather round! We are celebrating a birthday, today!! The USA is 248 years young today!! And I don’t know about y’all, but she doesn’t look a day over 200!!

For such a special day, let’s try to put aside our differences, and celebrate just how much our nation has evolved over the last two and a half centuries. Now, we still have a lot of growing and changing to do because we are most certainly not perfect. But if we actively try to work together instead of against each other, and have a little patience, we’ll get there. It just takes a little time and a little effort.

So Happy Fourth of July! I wish you all delicious barbecues 🍗, toasty s’mores 🔥, and safe and beautiful fireworks displays!! 🎆🎇

🌸🌷 Happy Mother’s Day!! 🌷🌸

Being a mom is the hardest, but most rewarding job in world! And if you’re looking to become a mom, let me give you a brief run down on the position so you know what you’re getting yourself in for:

1. You have to feed and clothe your children every day, even when they’re being difficult

2. You have to be their on-call taxi driver, and take them to all of their sporting events, doctor’s appointments, fun activities, friend hang outs, etc., especially when you want to sit down after doing other things for them all day

3. You have to be your child’s biggest cheerleader, no matter what. No exceptions.

4. You have to go through the agony of having your child grow up on you in the blink of an eye, because you swear they were a toddler yesterday, and now they’re graduating and going off to college, and it’s all just happening so fast!

5. You get to experience absolute joy (sometimes through tears), every time your child: succeeds, laughs at your jokes, stands up for themselves, feels beautiful and confident, gets that job they were applying for, moves out on their own, starts their own family, feels proud of themselves, and so much more. And when you get to experience that, you just know that every grey hair that child gave you is worth it.

Don’t forget that the partial eclipse starts at 2:04 PM. Totality starts around 3:18 PM, and lasts until 3:22 PM.

Make sure to wear eclipse glasses if you plan on watching the eclipse!! You don’t want to be staring directly at the sun without eye protection!!

The next total eclipse won’t be visible from this area until October 26, 2144, so this is truly a once in a generation event that you don’t want to miss!!

Happy Valentine’s Day!! 💖💕💝

Did you know, that about ten percent of couples in the United States get engaged on Valentine’s Day?? And if you are looking to be one of those couples, I’ve got some tips for you:

1. To make your proposal more unique on the holiday dedicated to celebrate love, try to add your own spin onto the clichés. For example, attaching the engagement ring to flowers or a teddy bear, but have the flowers be a varied bouquet instead of roses, and the teddy be a different kind of stuffed animal.
2. Make the proposal private. With so many couples out and about on Valentine’s Day, having a proposal in the middle of a crowded space can make it feel less personal.
3. Be spontaneous! If you’ve got a engagement ring burning a hole in your pocket, and you’re just waiting for the right moment to pop the question, take this is your sign! Elaborate and planned proposals are great, and if that’s what you want to do, then have at it! But sometimes the right moment is when you and your partner are doing something ordinary or mundane, and you realize there’s no place you would rather be, or person you would rather be with! ❤️

Hello Friends!

As some of you may have heard, La Galleria is taking a bit of a pause as we think about our future. After 47 years, 3000 weddings and hosting over 2.6 million guests, our neighbors, The Buffalo Bills, have decided to build their new home right adjacent to our property. Being at the actual front door of the new stadium is SO very exciting, but right now with all of the construction, it does not allow us to offer the high quality weddings for which we have been known. We LOVE doing events and have BIG ideas in mind for our very own construction projects.
Hang in there with us because our designers are already hard at work and we can’t wait!

La Galleria is a photographer’s dream - with rustic brick arches, two outside courtyard areas, fairly lights as far as the eye can see, there’s no question this the dream venue.

Not only is the backdrop perfect, so is the food. All of the food made in house and absolutely to die for. Our couples have begged us to open as a restaurant after having our food at their wedding. We add just the right amount of care and love into our dishes. The roasted chicken stuffed with brie and cranberries is just one of our favorites.

After your tummy is full of yummy treats, it’s time to hit the dance floor. Between the beamed ceilings and expressive DJs that we recommend out of our list of vendors, it’ll be the perfect time for a photo op and to make some amazing memories.
