I’ve been at the ranch for about 3 years.

🌟What do you love about working weddings/events?
I love working weddings and events because it’s an opportunity to serve and take care of others during important milestones and help to make things go as smoothly as possible!

🌟What’s your favorite part about the venue?
I don’t have a favorite place. I love all aspects of the ranch and how they compliment each other so well! Rockin H Ranch is so intentionally thought out and designed with guests in mind to make sure their experience is the best!

When you are an outdoor venue in Florida, you have to be able to switch gears and come up with a back up plan when weather conditions change!

This wedding was a perfect example of that. Typically we have your ceremony indoors when rain is imminent but in this case, planner pulled together a beautiful ceremony set up underneath our covered open air cocktail barn! 💐🌟🥂

🌟How long have you been at RHR?
About a year & a half!

🌟What’s your favorite part about the venue?
My favorite part of the ranch is its versatility. We can have an elegant wedding, a cowboy birthday hoedown or a rockin 80’s party, all in the same space in the Blue Barn. Our two smaller venues both have their own unique charm and are ideal party settings, in the cooler months of the year.

🌟What do you love about working weddings/events?
The reason I love weddings and events is it’s a challenge. My whole career in special events has been spent working in real time. There is no do-over, you have one shot to make it amazing. It’s wonderful to be a part of such important events in our clients’ lives.

IMPORTANT FALL FEST UPDATE

Friends of the Farm,

In the aftermath of the hurricane, we recently assessed our pastures, which are still holding water in critical areas. According to current weather forecasts, more storms and potential flooding are projected for the rest of this month. Much to our dismay, this creates safety concerns we can't ignore.

Our pastures, which serve as guest parking areas and vendor staging grounds will only worsen with more rain. Given that much of the event is outdoors, we cannot in good conscience proceed with the planned activities. Out of an abundance of caution, our team has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Fall Festival, scheduled for Saturday, October 26th. The safety and wellbeing of our guests, vendors, and animals are our top priority.

Note: If you are a vendor or sponsor, you should have already received an email with additional information. If not, please message our public events coordinator at [email protected].

We understand how important the Fall Festival is to our community, and we did not come to this decision lightly. We look forward to continuing the tradition next year!

CHRISTMAS EVENT
With that being said, we still plan to hold Christmas At The Ranch on December 14th (from 4 pm to 8 pm) & 15th (from 12 pm to 4pm). This is an indoor/outdoor event similar to the fall festival but with a holiday theme.

Highlights include:

- Photos with Santa Claus
- Hayrides rides
- Holiday music
- Gift shopping with local vendors
- Kid-friendly activities such as face painting, snow bubbles, and games
- Food and beverage vendors
- Staged areas for selfies and more

We’ll release more details in the upcoming weeks. Until then, stay tuned and we will see you soon!
