Super Bowl event being scheduled at the hall. If you don’t have plans yet, come watch on the projector or the 75” with us. There will be food and beverages provided. One price to enjoy Casey’s Cooking, some drinks, activities, and extracurriculars.

This page may go away but we aren't! We will still be here doing our part to make every event the best. We are committed.

The hall has been under new ownership for 6 months now. I haven't even figured it all out yet but starting to get some legs under me. I knew this was coming from the start and this is the time to move forward. We only have 1 or 2 more reservations taken by the previous owners. While we were finishing out SO MANY reservations that Jill and Mike had sold, I hung on to the name of the business. I believe there is a long history of "All Occasions" referring to this building. I appreciate all who came before me to establish and maintain this place. I love it!
BUT...
I have to make it mine now. Maybe it's a flaw in my strategy or a bad move but I will not simply be changing the name of this page. Nope, that is too easy. 😳
Instead, I'm going to start from the beginning.

We had a great time tonight. Around 7 bands played (So many I lost count) between 3-11pm. Bands were great, sound was great, and to top it all off, it was for a good cause. Thanks to everyone involved with making this day one of the best !

We had the antique vanity from the Bride’s room refinished by Mae Mae designs and it looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The crafts(wo)man ship in the details are stunning!

Note: chapel is closed from 2-5pm this Saturday for a wedding

Hello, community!!

Whether it’s me or fellow community members, we all need help sometimes. I know there will be opportunities that exist in the future. When these needs / opportunities are presented to me, I like to solve the problem. I cannot solve these issues without a team, because you don’t want me doing these things myself (ask my daughter or coworkers to fact check that statement). 😁. What I can do is this…. solve the problem that will solve the problems.

I’m going to create some lists, and I’d like to know if you want to be considered as part of the list.

List 1: Customer Services
This list will consist of wedding/event services that renters of the hall will often need to purchase. I can put these names and contact info on a brochure / handout each time the hall is booked. Then, the renters can negotiate directly with the contacts on the list.

Including:
1). Minister services
2). Catering services
3). Cake / baking services
4). DJ services
5). Photography services
6). Wedding planning services
7). Rental services
??? What am I missing?

List 2: Facility Services
This list would consist of resources for the building’s maintenance. This list would be used by the business to contact for needs, such as:

Cleaning
Masonry
Plumbing
Interior repairs / general carpentry
Painting
Sound/lighting
HVAC
Trash disposal
Lawn / landscaping
IT / Network
Advertising / marketing
Merchandising

Please let me know if you are serious about any of the items from list 1 or 2.

Important Announcement:

Hi everyone!
I guess it’s time to let everyone know that the hall is under new ownership as of last week. Jason Teasley (me) partnered with Chuck Dyess are now the new owners.

The previous owners, Jill and Mike Nelson did a fabulous job to make the hall what it is today. I only hope that we can keep the legacy going that they created. They made the transition very easy on us and I can’t thank them enough. I know it was bittersweet for them, because I attended their wedding at the hall years ago, so it has a lot of sentimental value. I wish the best of luck to them on future endeavors.

As for the plans moving forward, you will see some changes down the road. Nothing drastic, at first. We will slowly build some regular, scheduled, pop-up, professional, and one-time events to bring people in and give the community another option of things to do.

Our plan is to team-up with our neighbors, community members, small businesses, and local gov’t to direct opportunities to where there is skill or availability. We want to partner with others to help Park Hills realize it’s potential to be a great environment with thriving businesses and a proud community.

At this point, we are just trying to maintain all of the bookings that Jill and Mike sold for a busy summer! Please be patient with us as we learn how to best manage this business. Responses might be slightly delayed as we spend time on other obligations, or as we move through the learning process.

This does not change any contracts or bookings that already exist - they will all be honored under the agreement that was signed.

Attention Customers

The St. Francois Heath Department has ordered all person entering our facility to wear a mask. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you are exempt from this order! Due to HIPAA & the 4th Amendment we CANNOT legally ask you your medical condition. Therefore, if we see you without a mask we will assume you have a medical condition and welcome you inside to support our business! We do sanitize between visits..
