This is how Sunday’s breakfast went - by shredding the last of the Mississippi Pot Roast and Potatoes and using it as the filling for a recreated omelette with shredded provolone, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Sometimes when you want something, and want it a certain way, you have to do it yourself.

So, I was driving home from work (in FULL pre-menstrual mode) and craving a GOOD ITALIAN COLD CUT for dinner. I couldn’t think of any good spots in the NE that would get me right. My next stop was Giant’s deli to purchase fresh sliced luncheon meats and cheeses along with all of the accouterments needed for a cold cut up to my standard…Ooo wee! She was pretty and ended up in 4 portions.

All Boar’s Head meats & cheeses - Maple & Brown Sugar Ham, Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast, Buffalo Chicken Breast, Sandwich Pepperoni, Genoa Salami & Turkey Pastrami, Provolone Cheese & Carmelized Onion Jack Cheese

Toppings - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Banana Peppers, Hot Peppers, Sandwich Pickles, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasonings, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Ground Black Pepper, Beano’s Submarine Dressing, Mayonnaise & Deli Mustard
