Are you struggling to stay within budget for decor, floral, or rentals??? 💐 🪑 🤯

Here are some items that are heavily photographed and where the larger portion of the above should go!

-The couple: This sounds obvious but I’m talking about where you will be throughout the day and what your holding/ what’s on you! So don’t skimp on the getting ready details! 😉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Ceremony: Dress it up and over do it but make sure you can reuse it! Most ceremonies only last about 30 minutes these days so make sure you can reuse items for behind the head table or a photo op for guests!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Head table: Once again this is where a couple of high ticket items happen. Dinner, Toasts, etc…So add chargers or colored napkins to just this table!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-RSVP or family tables: these typically tend to be towards the front so make them more of a statement while keeping the rest of the tables more simple. Especially if you have a high guest count!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Photobooth: If creating a selfie station make sure to put a little more into it! This will be a frequent stop for guests and you with guests. Try a neon sign or a fun floral install with a cutie couch.

Man they can be confusing and overwhelming if you don’t even know where to start! Here are some tips to help build your wedding day timeline:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Ask hair/makeup how long it will take to complete
2. Have your photographer arrive 45-60 minutes prior to completion of HMU.
3. Make sure to include travel times between getting ready location, ceremony, photo locations, and reception
4. Talk to your planner and photographer before selecting a ceremony time!
5. Include sundown time and set your sunset photo time 45 minutes prior.
6. Place all reception formalities 30-45 minutes after dinner or knock a couple out after grand entrance! Have more questions???

Ok ok your struggling with choosing your wedding colors and are so overwhelmed by all the choices! Don’t worry it’s ok to love all the things but all the things might not be for you.

1. Start by acknowledging that something is just “pretty” rather then it “feels” like you! You want to go with what feels right to you!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Consider your favorite colors. Find inspiration around your home, desk, phone case! Just because it might be a bright vibrant color shouldn’t scare you into not using it for the day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Narrow down your Pinterest boards folks! Get rid of the “someday” labeled board and start breaking it down by section. This will help w**d out the “just pretty” and the “feels” like you inspo!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Wait until you purchase your dress. Sometimes your dress can set the entire vibe or color scheme for the day. (You won’t always buy what you thought you wanted!)

5. Try to keep it to 3-5 colors. If you vary slightly on the shade that’s fine as the process goes on!

2. If multiple events in a weekend make sure to repeat step number 1 for each separate event!

3. Registry or honeymoon fund info. Include a clickable link to your online registry.

“If you have the means, hire a wedding planner! Better yet, hire Keasha and her team! We hired Keasha for full planning from the beginning, even before picking our venue. One of the best decisions and investments we made! Keasha guided and assisted every step of the way (almost a year and a half!), from coordinating and communicating with vendors to providing and creating design ideas and recommendations. She led us to each vendor based on our budget and vision and I firmly believe our wedding day would not have been the perfection it was without each and every one of them. It takes a village, and we have her to thank for ours! Not to mention her creative design talent is truly unmatched!

We knew early on in the planning process that Keasha would be unable to physically be there on our wedding day, but Monica and Jodie were fully aware of all details, they were just as organized, professional, and productive, and did not skip a beat! 1. Give them a little nudge 😉 Sometimes people get busy and life happens! A quick call or text can save a lot of numbers anxiety.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. If people won’t give you a straight answer it’s better to count them as a “yes”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Sometimes last minute a guest will try and add a plus one or make a meal change.
