This passed weekend found us in Holbrook Quogue and Southampton. Quogue party are repeat clients who, each year, host a "hotdog" party. I love this idea. It's a party for nearly 100 people thrown in honor of summer hot dogs and "just because". We catered and embellished the menu with a few other things and guests and hosts were quite pleased. Staff took care of serving. grilling and bartending....

Tent rentals are hard to find if you wait too long because it's a busy wedding season in June, as well as graduations - like no other month. Take it from the experts !

Darling Events out on NYE / here’s us in Locust Valley working with The Onion Tree restaurant providing Waitsraff and a bartender for their menu and we served their menu and bar including specialty cocktails. Our staff rocks !!! Try them for yourself !
