It's come to our attention that a few whole turkeys went out without their reheating instructions! So here it is for anyone who missed it!

Take whole turkey out of fridge for one hour before going in oven. Remove plastic. Pour homemade stock over turkey and cover with foil. Place in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and turn oven up to 350 to cook an additional 7 minutes to crisp up the skin. Turkey is fully cooked. Don't overcook. Enjoy!

For this Thanksgiving, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for all of you! In March, as our country shut down, my corporate catering business was completely eliminated. As we decided to try something new with home meal delivery, it was a huge risk. You all have been so supportive over these last 8 months and we have truly enjoyed not only cooking for you but being able to connect with you as we navigate these crazy times.
I wish you all good health, happiness and full hearts and bellies today and throughout the year!
