Hello. Fall weekly menu Monday chicken pot pie, baked chicken with garlic spinach & roasted potatoes. Veggie meals vegetable pot pie, broccoli cheddar bake, & string bean loaf. Tuesday fish with a lemon pepper sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, & grilled asparagus. Salmon with baked potato & a garden salad. Veggie meals are available daily. Wednesday Shrimp scampi over fettuccine noodles, ratatouille pasta with red sauce, & seafood salad with spring mix. Thursday Vegetarian lasagna, beef lasagna, & baked mac n cheese. Friday meatloaf with baked potato & string beans. Flounder with mixed veggies & orange glazed carrots. Fried fish & loaded potatoes. Fried chicken with fries. Cheese hoagies. Chicken Caesar salads.
