“Beauty Within” Expo 2019 is a 3 – Day gathering of health professionals and holistic practitioners who are engaged with integrative approaches that bridge Indigenous Traditions with Contemporary Alternative Wellness practices. Michael Roviello
A New York City native, Michael chose to leave his home town of Queens to join the U.S Navy in 1999. With years of conducting helicopter search and rescue missions deployed around the globe as a rescue swimmer, combat search and rescue crewman and anti-submarine warfare operator deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2001 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. A successful businessman inside the corporate structure of higher education for 13 years, Michael earned an MBA, master’s degree in adult education and Training and the responsibility as a Senior Director of Operations for a fortune 500 company in Phoenix, Arizona. After many bouts with anxiety, depression, PTSD, cervical spine pain, neurological pain and degradation, Michael turned to natural medicine after fully exploring western science medical practices, surgery, medicine, and advice. Michael’s journey took him to the South America jungles of Peru and the country of Brazil learning deeply about himself connecting emotional trauma to the physical pain he was experiencing through shamanistic practices and plant medicine. Michael found relief and freedom and started to spread the message while assisting others in their journey. Michael found the Wim Hof Method and also found immediate relief from physical pain, mental and spiritual balance and chose to spread Wim Hof’s message of Happiness, Strength, and health using breathing exercises, commitment, mindset, and cold therapy. Michael, now a Wim Hof Method certified instructor has multiple teachers the cold and the plant kingdom gaining new insight that the elements have a lot to teach us about ourselves. Breathing life into existence - Keith Caplin and Madrone
Keith has always found himself to be a student by nature and a teacher at heart. The natural world has always been an inspiration to that learning. Finding and maintaining balance between the worlds has always been something that is important to Keith, and helping others find theirs is a passion of his. Keith is a high school science teacher as well as a certified life coach. He is a certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator and Shamanic Minister with Venus Rising Association for Transformation. He has been facilitating Vibrational/Sound Healing meditations and group Shamanic Journeys throughout Phoenix for over eight years and has used many of these practices in his own personal development for over 25 years. Keith believes strongly in the power of community and strives to create a sacred space for that connection to develop in all of his sessions.
Madrone is a lover of mystery and a believer in magick. She is a certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator and Shamanic Minister with Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She has her Ph.D. in Communication Studies with specialty in gender/sexuality studies, group, interpersonal, and inter-natural communication. She has spent years working in neo-pagan circles witnessing and working with the healing powers of nature and its beings. She facilitates WWRL’s Drumming into The Seasons in Flagstaff, AZ celebrating the Wheel of the Year. Madrone is a community weaver who has led sacred circles and ceremonies for the past fifteen years as an animistic wild witchy womyn!
