Melanie has an eye for fashion which is clear from the moment you meet her. She is a women of many talents, being a plus sized model and part of a women's flag football team for over 7 years! March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD)! 3/21 is a global awareness day signifying the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down Syndrome.

Since the chromosomes look like socks, please rock your bright and bold mismatched socks on 3/21. When someone asks, "What's with the socks?" it's the perfect opportunity to share about WDSD.
