I like to save the best for last. And in this case, I’m talking about the quiet, calm, grounding, and centering that “jooshing” gives me in the moments right before an event is about to begin.
It’s the few minutes, following a few hours of hustle and bustle, when things are finally set up, but still need a little something “extra”. It’s adding the soft, subtle, simple touches, courtesy of mother nature.
It’s my time to slow down for a moment, breathe, reset, give gratitude for being able to do what I love, and having a small part in one of the biggest moments in a couples lives.

Full disclosure, it took me an embarrassingly amount of time to google the word Joosh.
Apparently there are many ways to spell it.
What’s your favorite way?
In general use, 'zhuzh' tends to mean “to improve in appearance by way of a slight adjustment.”
