Breakfast and lunch served for Hartman Elementary on Monday. It was a great day. High praise for our teachers!!! I was there once and I know how hard it is. Being part of making their days teaching a little brighter, I’m in!!!

A little last minute private cheffing tonight at Brasada . Poppers as appetizer, and a chicken and ground beef taco bar. The hit, though, was the chocolate cheesecake cookie. No picture, sorry. Thanks to the crew that ate almost everything!!! Not a bad thing. 😁
Last night was an adventure. I was asked to cater for Clint Black and his crew at Indian Head last night. The whole band was eating in the tent when the storm hit. We were all holding down the tent so it didn’t blow away. The concert got canceled and I didn’t get to meet Clint. Quite the bummer.
Up side to the evening: The band got to eat, and we did to-go boxes for the stage crew. They were busy trying to save equipment. All in all, very successful evening. I got invited back to feed the bands next summer.

Someone asked me this morning: What kind of scones do you make? I had a request for cheddar and jalapeño, and white chocolate macadamia nut. Then I whipped up a maple pecan with a maple glaze.
What’s your favorite kind of scones?

I can be a private chef as well. Wednesday I’m feeding a group of 6 at their house. Tri tip, chicken, salad, veggies, etc. I love dinner parties, no matter what the size.

Hello friends. Photo update. I’ve been busy feeding Central Oregon. A lot of weddings, meetings, box lunches, making jam…a lot of everything.

Great and busy weekend feeding the masses. Saturday was a wedding taco bar with premium meats (carne asada, carnitas and chicken), and then a graduation party with macaroni and cheese and Tri Tip and chicken skewers (smoked). Sunday was awesome too. I hosted a baby shower at my house. Fresh fruit, homemade crepes, and French toast casserole.

I’ve been a little busy. A rehearsal dinner, Mother’s Day brunch, and a Redmond High event. All kinds of goodies: pulled pork, scalloped potatoes, lasagna, French toast casserole, lots of fruit, salads, and let’s not forget the vegan cheesecake.

Due to an incredibly busy catering schedule and lack of extra time, I’m going to have to cancel weekly meals. I’m very sorry for inconvenience. I will not be doing them this week either.

Let’s talk Easter:
Breakfast/brunch options; breakfast pizza, keto egg/veggie and meat casserole, or French toast casserole-all $20 for small, $50 for large.
Dinner options: $25/person: minimum 4 people
Choose one meat and two sides. All meals will come with rolls and gravy.
Meat choices: tri tip or ham
Side choices: sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, green salad, Greek pasta salad, or a jello/fruit salad.
I still have frozen meals and I will post those later.
Please get your orders in by Thursday at 5 pm. No orders will be accepted after that because everything will be made fresh.
