Here is a spread I did for a client a few months back!! Roast chicken with lemon caper butter, rigatoni with broccolini and Italian sausage, burrata with prosciutto and peaches, seared scallops with salsa verde, roasted cauliflower with pine nut relish, roasted acorn squash with brown butter goat cheese and pomegranate seeds and apple crisp for dessert. This was a spread for around 20 people. This is the kind of dinner party that I can put together for any of you!!! As I get requests for menus I will put them together for all of you to see as well!

We picked up some strawberries from here on Saturday, they where delicious! We also made a rhubarb and strawberry compote to put on some delicious morning pancakes, pancakes are delicious any time I guess lol

Its strawberry season guys so get out there to the farmers market, road side stands, local greenhouses and find those beautiful little suckers lol. If you are local, post in the comments below where we can score some quality strawberries.
