For recent price hike in everything, we have decided to increase the price for full tray $10 and for half tray $6 for the party menu. I know it might be little bit frustrating for both of us. But I will never compromise the quality and authenticity of my food for the sake of price hike or anything else. It will be highly appreciated, if you consider the situation and support CWC.

রান্নাটা সম্পূর্ণ একটা আর্ট। আর সব আর্টের মত এটা শিখতে গেলেও জানতে হয় বেসিক। বেসিক স্কিল শুধু রান্না করার বেলায় না। বাজার থেকে ভালো পণ্য কিনে আনা, পেঁয়াজ কাটা, মাছ মাংস ধোয়া, কাটা থেকে শুরু করে সবই বেসিক স্কিলের মধ্যে পরে। আবার বেসিক স্কিলের সাথে বেসিক জ্ঞান থাকাটাও জরুরী. যেমন কোন রান্নায় আদা যাবে, কোনটায় রসুন যাবে আর কোন রান্নায় ২ টাই যাবে এটাও জানাটা একজন ভালো রাধুনির কর্তব্য বলে আমি মনে করি। আর হ্যাঁ ইউটিউব, টিকটকের যুগেতো সবাই ভালো রাধুনি। কিছুদিন আগে দেখলাম এক লোক কাচ্চিতে ধনিয়াপাতা দিচ্ছে। সেটা দেখার পর আমারো আংকেল রজারের মত পা চেয়ার থেকে পরে গিয়েছিলো আর মাথায় হাত দিয়ে বলছিলাম হাইয়ায়ায়ায়। 😡😡😡

আমি বলছি না আমি খুব ভালো রাধুনি বা আমার থেকে শিখেন। যাদের বেসিক শিখার ইচ্ছা আছে তারা অধ্যাপিকা সিদ্দিকা কবীরের রান্না খাদ্য পুষ্টি বইটা পরে দেখতে পারেন। ছোটবেলায় তার অনুষ্ঠানটা অনেক দেখতাম আর তার বইটা ফলো করতাম। তিনি শুধু রান্না না, রান্নার যাবতীয় সকল বিষয়গুলো খুব সুন্দর করে বুঝিয়ে বলেছেন তার বইটিতে।

রিসেন্টলি Annapoorni Movieটা দেখলাম। রিলিজিয়াস গোজামিল বাদ দিলে একজন passionate chef/cook হওয়ার জন্য যে স্কিল থাকতে হয় সেটা সম্পর্কেও অল্প বিস্তর ধারনা দেয়া আছে।

রান্নার ক্ষেত্রে আমার জীবনের অন্যতম শিক্ষক আমার মা, নানু আর আমার শাশুড়ী। আমার মা নানুর রান্না পৃথিবীর বেস্ট রান্না। তাদের রান্না ছাপ কিছুটা হলেও আমার রান্নায় পাওয়া যায়। আবার কিভাবে মাছ পরিষ্কার করতে হয় সেটা শিখেছি আমার শাশুড়ীর কাছ থেকে।

সিদ্দিকা কবীর, আংকেল রজার, আন্নাপুর্নী মুভি আপনাকে বেসিক শিখাবে কিন্তু এর বাইরেও শিখার আরো সোর্স রয়েছে।
সবাই রাধুনি কিন্তু সবাই ভালো রাধুনি না। তাই ভালো রাধুনি হওয়ার জন্য শিখে যাচ্ছি। এই শিখার কোন শেষ নেই।
