💥TOMORROW kicks off our 2024-25 Cheer Auditions! Here is a quick guide to help your cheerleader be prepared!👌🏾

✔️1. Stretch regularly!
Stretching leads to higher jumps, more flexibility, and overall leads to a confidence boost!

✔️2. Practice ALL jumps!
This includes: toe-touch, pike, right and left herkies, as well DOUBLES! These are required!

✔️3. Practice ALL tumbling skills!
The tumbling requirements for tryouts include: a forward roll, cartwheel, round-off, and a standing backbend! Each of these skills serves as a building block for more advanced tumbling! During tryouts, the girls will be asked to perform these skills as well as any other tumbling skills they have mastered!

✔️4. Dance!
Dancing is a crucial part of cheerleading that showcases a cheerleader’s personality, attitude and s***k! Practice dancing in the mirror and using different facial expressions to show personality!
