We have been busy booking private events this week and of course laying the preliminary ground work to get Dalles Cafe & Coffee House open again. Our beautiful restaurant is fully operational and seeing many guests. We are still working hard at getting our cafe and catering business back up after the devastating shut down last March. We specialize in Groom’s Dinners, Anniversary Parties, Weddings, Retirement Parties, employee and club appreciations and all celebrations. I really love ice cream and apparently so do our clients! Team DH booked six summer banquets or catering events this week and two of those were full service catered weddings with ice cream sundae bars. We are super excited! Our team had a lot of fun creating this menu and setting up this ultra fabulous dinner!
We hosted a very special and very well deserved employee appreciation reception for another local restaurant and bar! The owners really treated their team with over 60 pounds of crab legs, a bourbon beef carving station, amazing sides and a tantalizing dessert bar. This weekend we hosted a post destination wedding reception in The French Room for one of our favorite couples Kevin and Lisa!
