This is my livelihood so an excellent performance each and every time is imperative for my reputation and to make a living. The talent of a true Professional DJ is undervalued. While there are people claiming to be professional DJs who only use a laptop and iTunes, a true professional will have equipment for seamless transitioning music, matching beats, adjusting microphone levels as different pe

rsons speak, etc. as well as being able to host and guide the event for the newlyweds or corporation. In addition to keeping up with current music trends and equipment, we are also connected with our industries through association memberships, trade shows and continuing education. Unfortunately many event publications (for both weddings and corporate) list the DJ as a last minute vendor selection and low budget item. Remember, the DJ sets the tone for the event. Memories and photo quality will be greatly affected by a DJ's performance. A great DJ will make these items better. A bad DJ performance may taint these items so no matter how great the photographer is and how great everything else was, the end result may be a less than stellar memory. And a great Professional DJ will book out 9-12 months in advance. Weddings: To ensure the best services possible, my wife and I come together as a team. Leslie will be your Day of Coordinator, assisting with all of the details of the day, from ensuring the cake arrives on time, to helping set up centerpieces, to keeping the event on track by coordinating with the facility, photographer, caterer, bridal party and me (the DJ). She ensures we are all on the same page and everything flows smoothly. As the DJ, I am your host, interacting with your guests, MC’ing the event, playing the music and providing the right atmosphere and sound levels for your ceremony, dinner and dancing. We plan only one event per day so our attention on your wedding day is totally on you. We will not be rushing in from another event or out to another party. It is your day. If the ceremony is at the same site, we can also include the ceremony music and coordination, including attending the rehearsal to ensure everyone knows what role they play in your wedding party. We provide a written contract outlining our services and obligations to you. We include two personal coordination meetings where we sit down with the couple and really get to know you and personalize the event to you. Corporate Events and Private Parties: I am your host, interacting with your guests, MC’ing the event, playing the music and providing the right atmosphere and sound levels for your ceremony, dinner and dancing. If needed, Leslie is available to assist with planning and coordination. When selecting an MC/DJ for your reception or corporate event, personality, training, equipment, song libraries and references are key factors in determining the value for your money.
