It's Wednesday!...which means you are halfway through your work week. 2 days down and 2 more to go!
If you're looking for ways to keep your team motivated on this notorious mid-week hurdle (hump day), utilize impromptu meeting spaces and creative rooms in the office to increase productivity. White board walls allow plenty of space for brainstorming ideas, and meetings will feel more like just a bunch of friends hanging out while held in an informal conference room.

Love entertaining? Try a square table rather than a traditional rectangle. This allows all guests to feel connected in conversations and allows for easy eye contact with everyone seated at the table. We designed this dining space to be elegant yet comfortable by layering a stone wall with mirrors, reclaimed beams on the ceiling, and upholstered chairs that will encourage guests to stay all night long.

NFL fullback Mike Tolbert lands a new pad in San Diego

Mike Tolbert, former Charger player, just purchased a home in Scripps Ranch that was designed by yours truly, design squared interior design. The home is an impressive entertainers dream with a billiards & bar room, theater room with stadium seating, and a gorgeous backyard on the canyon which boasts a beautiful pool and sports court. Share the love...with your ceiling, that is! Don't forget that your ceiling is the same size as your floor, and deserves just as much love and attention! In this kids loft, we did alternating stripes of our wall colors which adds visual drama and ties the space together nicely.
