Candlelight is ✨everything✨ But pro tip: keep your venue in mind! If your reception is outdoors, ask your venue manager about the wind🫣 Depending on your location, all of those pretty candles you envision might blow out! We always recommend deeper vases (or even electric votives!) to avoid this problem😁

Helloooooo new faces around here! My name is Kayla and I am the founder of Simply Gorgeous Events! We just wrapped a WILD year in 2021 and are SO looking forward to a balanced year again in 2022. We only have two spots left next year on our calendar and we could not be more excited! In the meantime, here are some fun facts about me!
••that cute pup is Murphy! He’s 2 years old and my lazy but adorable executive assistant
••my family is from the DC area but I’ve lived in SD for over 10+ years
••I’m a big wine and coffee drinker. The bolder the better!
••I spend my mornings before work with a workout at , a walk with the pup, followed by coffee and Bible devotional time. It sets my day and heart up perfectly
••My favorite part of the wedding day is the first dance of my couples. I cry all time😂
