쉘 위 댄스는 지난 17년간 샌프란시스코 지역을 중심으로 옹댄스 컴퍼니, 단장 옹경일에 의해서 한국 무용, 한국 음악, 한국 복식, 케이팝등 한국문화를 주류사회는 물론 모두에게 무료로 알리던 수업입니다. 이 어려운 시기를 맞이하여 온라인으로 전환되었고 그동안 매주 무료로 진행 하면서 많은 분들이 참여가 높아지고 반응들이 좋아서 무료 수업을 연장 하기로 했습니다.
사회적 거리가 더 길어지면서 심신이 지치고 힘든 시기인줄 압니다. 잘 견디기 위해 규칙적인 생활과 운동은 필수입니다.
쌓여있는 독소와 스트레스를, 즐겁고 신나는 음악에 맞춰 춤추고 운동 하면서 날려 버리고, 모두가 건강하게 이 시기를 이겨나갈수 있길 바랍니다.

So We will start online class tomorrow. This will be our first online class and everybody can join. We have invited special teacher, The G, from Korea who has won many Street Dance (Hiphop, Poppin, Locking, K-pop) competition.

Master Kyoungil Ong and her apprentice Ryeonhwa Yeo are the recipients of this year's Apprenticeship Award presented by the Alliance for California Traditional Arts (ACTA) for Korean traditional dance and drum,"Seungmu".
We give thanks to ACTA for the acknowledgment of Traditional Korean dance in California.
We are very honored to be awarded this prize and happy to spread Korean dance. In celebration of this event, Master Kyoungil Ong will demonstrate "Seungmu" at San Francisco City College on November 12th at 12PM.
We hope you would join this special workshop and be a part of this joyous occasion.

As the President of the San Francisco Korean American Community Cultural center, I am deeply honored to be recognized for my efforts by the San Francisco community at the SF 25th Korean Day Culture Festival. I am also so proud to be contributing in to this vibrant community with all of you! I am thankful for all of the people who helped me do so many wonderful things this year. Without them I wouldn't have achieved anything at all.
